All products are dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving the cleared funds. If you are making a payment by cheque, then extra time must be allowed for the cheque to clear in the bank.
If we are unable to dispatch your product, we will notify you via email or telephone to give the reasons for the problem. All refunds will be carried out immediately if we are unable to dispatch the product. All refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used with us for purchase.
For example, if you have paid by Paypal, then we will refund you via paypal.
Delivery & Delivery charges
We send out all the goods within the UK via Royal Mail or another reputable company, depending upon the weight of the item for dispatching. Postage & Packaging is charged at the point of purchase at a flat fee of £3.00 per delivery.
Orders over £25 will be a free delivery within the UK.
We send out all the goods to the EU via Royal Mail Airmail or another reputable company, depending upon the weight of the item for dispatching. Postage and packaging is charged at a variable rate depending upon the country of Customer. The charge for the P & P is shown on the screen at the point of purchase on the website.
Rest of the World
Currently, we do not deliver outside of the UK. This is due to regulations related to products which cannot be sold in other areas of the world.
Important note regarding certain purchases
Please note that there are restrictions on certain food supplements to be sold in countries outside of the EU. We will only dispatch products which are legal and eligible for sale in those countries. We also adhere to the supplier restrictions for shipping abroad from the courier services.
If you place an order with us from outside of the EU, we will check the item of purchase before dispatch. If, we cannot dispatch it to you, then we will notify you of the reasons. You will be refunded accordingly.
Payment can be made using any credit card/ PayPal account/debit card via the PayPal secure payment gateway. PayPal offers a safe and secure method for making payments. Depending upon our customer’s needs, we may add additional secure payment gateways providing greater options for payment at a later stage.
Payments can also be made using cheques, however, we wait for all funds to be cleared in our bank account before we dispatch the product to you. If you are going to make a payment via cheque, follow the instructions below:

- Write down the exact products with the prices
- Total the products
- Print off your order
- Attach a cheque for the correct amount

- Post your order attached with a cheque to: Revitalise Supplements Ltd; 2 Congreve Walk, Bedworth, CV12 8LY.
All products have the VAT included in the price, at the rate which is set at the current time by the UK government.
We operate on a basis that you are 100% happy with the products which you have purchased from us. However, there will be times when you are not happy, the reasons for this may be as follows:
- The item arrives damaged to you, as the courier service has mishandled the item
- You have received the wrong item when compared to your online order
- You have received the wrong volume of the item
All goods can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving, provided that they are unopened and are in the exact condition in which they were dispatched from us.
You must contact us on 0121 667 8312, if there is a problem with the item and you would like to return it to us. Please send an email if you are unable to get through to us, provide us with your telephone number and one of the customer services team member will return a call to you.
If your items have been delivered damaged, please take a photograph immediately, and contact us immediately. When items are damaged, we have to take action with the courier service. It is important that we have your photograph as proof of damage which has been done to your delivery.
Please note that a refund is only applicable to the cost of goods only, and not to the cost of postage and packaging.
It is vital that you check your order before processing it online, as changes to orders once they have been dispatched can lead to loss of P&P for the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility of non-receipt of returned goods.
We only process the refund once the item is back with our customer services team.
The refund will be carried out using the same method which was used by the customer for making the purchase.

From time to time, our suppliers change the details for a particular product, if that has happened to your product which has been ordered then we will email you.
