How to make a payment when you live in the UK?
- Credit Card / Debit Card using the PayPal secured payment gateway on our website online.
- Using your PayPal account.
- Phone order: 0121 667 8312 from 10.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
- By cheque made payable to Revitalise Supplements Ltd. Please make sure that you attach a copy of your order with the cheque. This is a slower method of processing an order, as we wait for the cheque to clear in the bank before we dispatch any items. It will take longer than 7 days for your order to be dispatched, but we will keep you up to date if you provide us with your email address.
How to make a payment when you live outside the UK?

No other method of payment can be used if you are not a resident of the UK.
Our stock levels of goods offered are usually 90% minimum in stock at all times.
Fluctuations are caused by excessive demand e.g. newspaper articles on a product, or when manufacturers cannot supply e.g. Some other manufacturers have stock fluctuations as some, or all of their products are imported.
If we are out of stock because a manufacturer cannot supply a product, wherever possible, we will inform you on-line before you order. If you have processed your order and paid for the order, then we will refund you if you are unable to wait for the product.
In order to speed up our processes, if we have a short supply of your products, we will ask the manufacturer (supplier) to directly dispatch your item to you. At all times, we have a copy of the tracking information and delivery information.
We appreciate that you want your goods as soon as possible and so we make every attempt to dispatch them to you as quickly as possible.

Just send us an email, using the Contact Us form, telling us what your query is and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you leave a telephone number, then we will call you directly to discuss your query.

How does the Shopping Cart work?
To SELECT AN ITEM FOR PURCHASE, click the Buy button next to the selected product. Every time you add a product to your shopping basket, your shopping basket will be updated, listing all the items chosen, the item price, the quantity and the total price.
To REVIEW THE CONTENT OF YOUR BASKET, click the Basket button at the top of the screen.
To DELETE A PRODUCT ALREADY ORDERED on the Shopping Basket page, click the Remove box, next to the item and then click the Update button.
To CHANGE THE QUANTITY on the Shopping Basket page, enter a new figure in the Quantity box (Qty) and then click the Update
button. The new value will then be recalculated and displayed.
To CONTINUE SHOPPING from the Shopping Basket page, click the
Continue Shopping button, which will display the previous page. TO PLACE YOUR ORDER click the Checkout button.
You will be asked to enter your personal details to enable us to dispatch the goods and take payment. Please follow the instructions to enter your details.
When you have entered your details you can move on to the final stage by clicking the Submit
button or you can go back to reviewing your order. If you have proceeded you will now see the Shipping page, the Payment page, and finally the Order Confirmation page.

If there is a product which you are unable to find on our website, then please send us an email using the Contact Us form alternatively you can call us on 0121 667 8312. We can normally locate a health and wellbeing product from one of our suppliers. We have access to health, beauty and pharmacy distributors.
